Matthew Brachmanski

Co-Founder

Matthew and Thomas are highly experienced management systems professionals with extensive backgrounds in the certification industry, combining technical expertise, auditing capability, and practical consultancy delivery.

Between them, they have worked with UKAS-accredited Certification Bodies and continue to audit on behalf of a number of UK certification bodies, providing them with a detailed understanding of both compliance requirements and how standards are applied in practice.

Both are IRCA-qualified Lead Auditors, with experience across the development and implementation of management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, to name a few, with the addition of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS).

This is further strengthened by professional registrations with the Chartered Quality Institute (PCQI) and the Chartered Management Institute (ACMI), alongside experience delivering IRCA-approved training programmes, including Foundation, Internal Auditor, and Lead Auditor courses.

They bring a strong foundation in Continuous Improvement methodology, ensuring that management systems are not only compliant but also drive operational efficiency and measurable business performance.

Together, they provide a pragmatic, results-driven approach, providing both learners and organisations with powerful training and management system implementation that goes beyond just certification, to deliver genuine, sustainable value.
