Compliance Cloud is your ISO management system as a service: one private, UK-hosted portal where your policies, registers, evidence and audit trail live and stay current, built and backed by our experienced consultants. Every tier includes the full portal with unlimited users; what changes is how much of the running we do. With The Toolkit you drive a fully templated system yourselves. With The Quality Manager we stay on for internal audit, management review and quarterly upkeep, year after year. And with The Compliance Director we're hands-on in your system every month, with a dedicated consultant watching every clause between visits.
All prices are based on a single ISO standard. Additional standards share the same portal and can be added at any time. Each one adds £100 per month on The Quality Manager, or £150 per month on The Compliance Director.
The demo is the real portal with a worked example inside it, and three fields opens it. Every tier below includes it.
The platform, templated and waiting for your system to move into it. Every register the standard asks for is already there, structured clause by clause, with document templates to work from wherever you have a gap. You upload what you already hold, migrate the rest across at your own pace, and the portal keeps it in order. This tier is yours to drive, and we are a call away.
The platform, the structure and the templates. You move your system in and run it at your pace.
Get started → or book a walkthroughCertification isn't a day you survive. It is a standard you are expected to maintain for three years, evidenced continuously and tested at every surveillance visit. Most nonconformities aren't raised because a business did something wrong. They are raised because nobody kept the paperwork breathing between audits. This is the tier where that stops being your problem.
Your system stays audit-ready all year. The Quality Manager maintains it for you.
Get started → or book a walkthroughA consultant works inside your system every month. Between visits, Compliance Cloud keeps checking it against every clause in your scope, flagging weak, missing or ageing evidence before anyone outside your business sees it. You find out a record is thin in March, rather than in October with a man in a high-vis lanyard sitting in your meeting room.
When the certification body arrives, nothing is being prepared. It is simply handed over.
Get started → or book a walkthroughAdd ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 and others to the same portal. Shared registers appear once and standard-specific registers switch on. Each additional standard adds £100/month on The Quality Manager or £150/month on The Compliance Director, reflecting the extra audit and review work it brings. AS9100 and ISO 13485 are quoted individually.
We configure your portal, seed it from our framework and your existing documents, set your compliance-year start, and train your team. Most clients are ticking their first monthly checklist inside a fortnight.
The agreement runs for twelve months and renews yearly. Either side can end it with three months’ written notice, and there is no exit fee.
Through the notice period the service carries on exactly as before: the checklist, the reviews and the audit all run as normal, so you are never paying for a system that has already been switched off. At the end of it we export everything to you, registers, evidence and history, and confirm deletion afterwards.
Every certified company already pays for quality management. In salary, in day rates, or in the fortnight before an audit. The only question is whether it is paid deliberately.
Even at two days a week and before on-costs, that is several times the monthly fee. And when they leave, the system leaves with them, because it lived in their head and their spreadsheets.
Bought reactively, at a day rate, to reconstruct a year of records in a fortnight. It works. The bill just lands in the same month as the audit, every year, for ever.
Payable whether or not your system is in good order. A major nonconformity adds a follow-up visit at further cost, and puts your certificate, and the tenders that depend on it, in question.
Except it is not ten days spent in one panic. It is the portal, the annual internal audit, the management review and quarterly upkeep, spread across twelve months, with the system staying yours.
Salary figure: Indeed UK quality manager salaries, from 2,300+ reported salaries. Consultant day rates and surveillance fees are typical published UK ranges for SMEs; your certification body sets its own. Figures are for comparison, not a quotation.
On The Quality Manager and The Compliance Director: if your certification body raises a major nonconformity against a clause we maintain for you, we put it right at our cost: root cause, corrective action, evidence pack and close-out. We are on the follow-up visit with you. You do not pay us twice to fix our own work.
Covers the registers, records and reviews inside your service tier. It does not cover things outside our hands: a process you changed without telling us, records your team did not complete, or a finding against an operational practice we do not run. We will tell you plainly which side of the line a finding falls on, in writing, before the follow-up visit.
The 2026 edition was published on 16 September 2026 and every certificate must be transitioned by September 2029. On The Quality Manager and The Compliance Director your transition is part of the service you already pay for. There is no separate transition fee and no upgrade to buy. On The Toolkit the 2026 templates and the transition tracker land in your portal automatically as they are released.
A 30-minute walkthrough, your standards and scope agreed, and a clear written monthly price. No chasing, no obligation.
You'll be speaking with a Consultant right from the start… not a sales team!
